USASAC FMS Program Helps Iraq Transition to Security Self Reliance

U.S. Army up-armored HMMWVs await refurbishment before being transferred over to Iraq under the Army's Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. USASAC manages the Army's FMS program, which was a key element in equipping and training Iraq's security forces prior to the withdrawal of U.S. forces.
