Full implementation of the January 2005 editions of both the Guidelines for Foreign Military Financing of Direct Commercial Contracts and Contractor’s Certification and Agreement with DSCA is now in effect. Countries participating in the Foreign Military Financing Direct Commercial Contracts program should complete their transition to the January 2005 editions not later than April 1, 2005.
