A forklift offloads supplies from a C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 37th Airlift Squadron, Oct. 29, at Erzurum Airport, Turkey. The C-130J was taking blankets and cots flown as humanitarian aid for the victims of a 7.2-magnitude earthquake that occurred in north-eastern Turkey recently.

Senior Airman Kevin Dimaggio, 721st Aerial Port Squadron, air transportation specialist, directs a pallet of humanitarian supplies onto a 60K loader Oct. 29, in support of the Turkey-led relief efforts following the Oct. 23 earthquake in Van province, Turkey. The Department of Defense has U.S. European Command to airlift relief supplies to Van province at the request of the Turkish government.
