(Defenselink -- September 20, 2002) United Defense Limited Partnership, Santa Clara, Calif., was awarded on a $13,149,500 modification to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for systems technical support and logistics services in support of in-production and out-of-production Bradley Fighting Vehicle System, Multiple Launch Rocket System, Foreign Military Sales, and BFVS and MLRS Derivative Vehicles Sept. 19, 2002. Work will be performed in Santa Clara and is to be completed by Nov. 20, 2002. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole-source contract initiated on Dec. 28, 2000. The U.S. Army Tank and Automotive Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-01-C-M011).
