(Defenselink -- October 16, 2002) Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $22,775,345 firm-fixed-price contract modification to provide for additional buy of 40 conformal fuel tanks (CFT), CFT support equipment and eight targeting pod pylons for the Peace Xenia III Program. This effort supports foreign military sales to Greece. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be completed by August 2004. Solicitation began October 2001, and negotiations were completed August 2002. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-99-C-0059).
