(Defenselink -- November 21, 2002) Veridian Engineering, Inc., Buffalo, N.Y., is being awarded an estimated $23,266,220 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, multiple award delivery order contract for technical and engineering services support for life cycle management of U.S. Navy and foreign military sales E-2C and C-2 aircraft programs. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md., and is to be completed in December 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured under an electronic request for proposals, with two offers received. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy and the governments of Egypt, France, Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore under the Foreign Military Sales Program.
