(Defenselink -- November 20, 2003) Science Applications International Corp., Arlington, Va., is being awarded an $8,068,463 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00019-01-C-0044) for systems engineering, production, post-production and program support services for the Tomahawk All-Up-Round Missile program and Tactical Tomahawk Missile program for the U.S. Navy and the United Kingdom. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md. (71 percent), Arlington, Va. (21 percent); San Diego, Calif. (7 percent); and Andover, Mass. (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2004. Contract funds in the amount of $1,862,600 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This modification combines purchases for the U.S. Navy ($7,735,463; 96 percent) and the United Kingdom ($330,000; 4 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
