U.S. NAVY

(Defenselink -- December 30, 2003) Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Bethpage, N.Y., is being awarded a $13,592,609 firm-fixed-priced order against a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00019-00-G-0280) for integrated logistics support and sustaining engineering for the E-2C aircraft owned by the governments of Egypt, Taiwan, France, Japan and Singapore. Work will be performed in Bethpage, N.Y. (73%); Egypt (12%); Taiwan (11%); and Japan (4%), and is expected to be completed in December 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines the purchases for the governments of Egypt ($4,525,000; 33%); Taiwan ($3,967,355; 29%); France ($3,250,308; 24%); Japan ($1,687,153; 13%); and Singapore ($162,793; 1%) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

U.S. AIR FORCE

(Defenselink -- December 30, 2003) Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control-Orlando, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $53,450,422 firm-fixed-price contract modification to provide for 3253 Wind Corrected Munitions Dispenser Tail Kits applicable to various munitions. Less than 1% of this effort supports foreign military sales to the United Arab Emirates. The locations of performance are Lockheed Martin, Orlando, Fla., 32819 (75%), and Lockheed Martin Assembly Services, 300 Martin Marietta Drive, Americus, Ga., 31709 (25%). Total funds have been obligated. This work will be completed by April 2006. The Air Armament Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (F08635-03-C-0021, P00005).
