U.S. NAVY
(Defenselink -- March 1, 2004) Harris Corp., Government Communications Systems Division, Melbourne, Fla., is being awarded a $9,325,397 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-02-C-3059) for the procurement of 126 digital map computers with extension housings (102 for the Navy, 19 for the government of Switzerland and five for the government of Finland), 60 digital video map computers with extension housings for the Navy and eight DM-200 digital map computers for the Army. Work will be performed in Brevard County, Fla., and is expected to be completed in January 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines the purchases of the U.S. Navy ($6,013,487; 86 percent), the U.S. Army ($292,932; 4 percent) and the governments of Switzerland ($544,365; 8 percent) and Finland ($143,254; 2 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Defenselink -- March 1, 2004) DynCorp International LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded on Feb. 27, 2004, a
delivery order amount of $860,971 as part of a $406,534,864 firm-fixed-price contract for commercial support services for the Foreign Military Sales Fair Share Sustainment Program. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 27, 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Sept. 3, 2003, and three bids were received. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-04-D-0034).
