(Defenselink -- March 2, 2004) Lockheed Martin, Management and Data Systems, Philadelphia, Pa., is being awarded a $5,360,000 ceiling amount modification against a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-99-C-0027) for the procurement of three Tomahawk communication system kits to modify the United Kingdom’s Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System under the Foreign Military Sales Program. This modification also includes the required integration, testing, installation and training and associated spares. Work will be performed in Barrow, United Kingdom, (50 percent); Manassas, Va. (35 percent); Valley Forge, Pa., (12 percent); and Cherry Hill, N.J., (3 percent), and is expected to be completed in March 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal years. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
