(Defenselink -- 15 November 2004) McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louise, Mo., is being awarded a $23,300,000 firm-fixed-price, delivery order under a basic ordering agreement contract for Avionics Repair Facility (ARF) support, which provides for repair of various F/A-18 and AV-8B components. Work will be performed at Cecil Field, Fla. (57 percent); Lemoore, Calif. (40 percent); and Philadelphia, Pa. (3 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2005. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the fiscal year. This announcement includes a Foreign Military Sale for the countries of Kuwait, Spain and Australia (less than one percent between the three countries). This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point is the contracting activity (N00383-02-G-001H) (Order 0028).
