(Defenselink -- 15 December 2004) McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $209,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for award of basic contract for all Joint Direct Attack Munition, Foreign Military Sales requirements for five years. This effort supports foreign military sales to various countries and will be supported on individual orders issued under this ID/IQ contract. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, although actual requirements may necessitate less than the amount above. No funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by December 2009. Solicitation began November 2004 and negotiations were completed December 2004. The Air Armament Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (FA8681-05-D-0031).

$14,496,207 firm fixed price/award fee and cost-plus incentive-fee contract modification to provide for FY04 Award Fee Payment pursuant to Special Contract Requirement H-028. This effort supports foreign military sales to the United Kingdom. The location of performance is McDonnell Douglas, Long Beach, Calif., and Pratt and Whitney, Cheshire, Conn. Total funds have been obligated. The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8614-04-C-2004, P00041).
