(Defenselink -- 22 December 2004) Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $200,457,833 firm fixed price contract modification. This action will exercise an option as a separate contract to include 434 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles Air Intercept Missile (AIM)-120 missiles among them; 160 USAF, 46 USN, 5 USA, 223 FMS, associated missile warranties, 58 NDI-AIU Kits; Lots of Spares. This effort supports foreign military sales to Canada and Poland; Spares for Poland. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by September 2007. The Headquarters Air Armament Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (FA8675-05-C-0070).

 

(Defenselink -- 22 December 2004) Lockheed Martin Simulation, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $9,981,987 firm fixed price contract to provide for F-16 maintenance training for Polish Ministry of Defense. This effort supports foreign military sales to Poland (100%). Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by December 2007. Solicitation began July 2004 and negotiations were completed November 2004. The Air Education and Training Command, Randolph, Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41689-03-G-0001-0008).

 

(Defenselink -- 22 December 2004)  Northrop Grumman PRB Systems, Inc., Hollywood, Md., is being awarded a $9,279,172 cost-plus-fixed-fee requirements contract for systems engineering and systems software/firmware support for various electronic warfare systems in association with the AN/SLQ-32 Threat Detection system. This contract combines requirements for the U.S. Navy (90 percent) and the Governments of Taiwan (5 percent); Egypt (2.5 percent); and Portugal (2.5 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Goleta, Calif. (80 percent) and King George, Va. (20 percent), and is expected to be completed by December 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity (N00164-05-D-8718).
