This action will exercise an option of 8 T-38C Upgrade Package Kits. This action supports foreign military sales with EURO NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by September 2008. The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8617-04-C-6153, P00001).
