(Defenselink -- 5 August 2005) BWAY Corp., Atlanta, was awarded Aug. 3, 2005, a $5,508,000 firm-fixed-price contract for 720,000 M2A1 metal boxes used for various ammunition programs under foreign-military sales to Dominica, St. Kitts & Nevis, Djibouti, Columbia, Baltic Battalion and/or The Philippines. . Bids were solicited via the Worldwide Web April 12, 2005, and four bids were received. Work will be performed at BWAY's Homerville, Ga., facilities and will be completed by July 31, 2006.
