(Defenselink -- 4 January, 2006) Titan Systems Corp, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a not-to exceed $5,851,060 firm-fixed-price, letter contract to procure 13AN/USC-42A(V)2 mini-DAMA terminals, 39 DSP II cards, 40 E-HUB COMSEC assemblies plus other ancillary mini-DAMA hardware. This effort combines requirements for the Navy (13.14 percent) and the government of Australia (28.56 percent); United Kingdom (26.38 percent); South Korea (22.49 percent); Germany (5.95 percent), Netherlands (1.75 percent); Italy (1.26 percent); and Canada (.47 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by October 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured and was not synopsized as allowed by FAR 5.202 (a)(3) International Agreement. The Space and Naval WarfareSystems Command San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N00039-06-C-0004).
