(Defenselink -- 20 March 2006) Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $17,089,120 firm fixed price contract modification. This contract will develop a certification process for the System Integration Lab for the Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN) terrain following avionics. This effort supports foreign military sales to Israel. At this time, $8,544,560 has been obligated. This work will be complete March 2009. The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-99-C-2048/P00071).
