U.S. NAVY
(Defenselink -- 28 April 2006) Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $6,027,183 ceiling-priced modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-04-C-0006) to exercise an option for the lot 6 production of 2 AIM-9X tactical missiles for the government of Denmark; 23 captive air training missiles for the Air Force; and 3 special air training missiles for the Air Force. In addition, this option provides for 13 containers for the Air Force and 1 for the government of Denmark; spares for the Air Force (1) and the government of Denmark (2); and 1 warhead for the government of Denmark. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (92 percent); Rocket Center, W.Va. (5 percent); and Andover, Mass. (3 percent), and is expected to be completed in April 2008. This contract combines purchases for the Air Force ($4,950,195; 82.1 percent) and the government of Denmark ($1,076,988; 17.9 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Act. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Rolling Meadows, Ill., is being awarded a $12,522,764 firm fixed price contract. This action provides for
FY06 India Head of State program, in support of the Boeing 737 aircraft. This effort support foreign military sales to India. At this time, $12,499,000 has
been obligated. This work will be complete by May 2008. Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the
contracting activity (FA8620-06-C-4017).
(Defenselink -- 28 April 2006) Marvin Engineering Co., Inc., Inglewood, Calif., is being awarded
a $5,590,000 firm fixed price contract to provide for LAU-117 (V3) launchers used with maverick missile. This effort support foreign military sales to
Chile, Poland, Taiwan, and Oman. At this time, total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by June 2007. Headquarters Ogden Air
Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity. (FA8213-06-C-0025)
