contract for diesel and jet fuel for foreign
military sales. Other locations of performance are Corpus Christi, and
Pasadena, Texas. Proposals were Web-solicited and 4 responded. This is an
indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. Contract funds will
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Date of performance completion is
January 30, 2008. Contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center
