DSCA Benefits

DSCA offers its employees, both civilian and military, a variety of Career Benefits that include the Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) program, the Federal Employees Group Life Insurance Program (FEGLI), the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB) and the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS).
