The mission of the APA Division is to provide policy oversight, guidance, planning, coordination, and direction for the execution of security cooperation programs. Programs include sale, lease, and drawdown of defense articles and services to foreign governments in the
PACOM, NORTHCOM and SOUTHCOM areas of responsibilities (AOR) that meet U.S. foreign policy and national security interests.
