The mission of the EAF Division is to provide policy
oversight, guidance, planning, coordination, and direction for
the execution of security cooperation programs. Programs
include sale, lease, and drawdown of defense articles and
services to foreign governments in the EUCOM, AFRICOM
and NORTHCOM areas of responsibilities (AOR) that meet U.S. foreign policy and national security interests.
Special Programs:
Implementation of both the International Affairs Budget (150) and the Department of Defense (050) portion of the Warsaw Initiative Program, Partnership for Peace
(PfP), Bosnia drawdowns and Coalition Affairs requirements.
