South and Central Asia (SCA) Division



The mission of the SCA Division is to provide policy oversight, guidance, planning, coordination, and direction for the execution of security cooperation programs. Programs include sale, lease, and drawdown of defense articles and services to foreign governments in the CENTCOM and PACOM areas of responsibilities (AOR) that meet U.S. foreign policy and national security interests.

SCA's AOR encompasses Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
