Welcome to the DSCA link that provides you with information on submitting data for the annual Javits Report and FMS Forecast.
For the Javits Report and
FMS Sales Forecast, SAO's are requested to submit data using the Excel
Worksheet; due to DSCA by 8 September. Below you will find:

The MS Excel 'worksheet' was developed to combine the efforts of collecting projected sales data for the FMS Forecast and Javits Report into a single submission/worksheet. It has been formatted with pre-defined fields and drop-down lists for easy data entry.

EXCEL WORKSHEET!! 
Click on the download link above to save the zipped excel worksheet to your PC. Upon opening the file, a message will appear to let you know that macros are contained within the worksheet.
Click on 'Enable Macros' to open and submit the completed worksheet through your Combatant Commander and
to your DSCA CPD. Remember to
set security to Medium (please see the
Instructions below).
IF the worksheet above is not working or accessible, then please

Just to highlight a few precautions in these instructions: (1) Enable Macros, (2) if the message to enable macros does NOT appear, see detailed instructions on how to change the Security Level to Medium, (3) enter dollar values in Millions, (4) If an Item description is longer than 255 characters the following error will appear… #VALUE! If this happens, click on the third tab titled 'Reference - MASL Description' and copy and paste the description, and, finally, (5) the first tab/worksheet is for FMS Forecast submissions, the second tab/worksheet is for Javits submissions - make sure to read the tab names at the bottom to enter the correct data.
