Click on the download link above to
save the zipped excel worksheet to your PC.
Upon opening the file, a message will
appear to let you know that macros are contained within the worksheet. Click
on 'Enable Macros' to open and submit the completed worksheet
through your Combatant Commander and to your DSCA CPD. Remember to set
security to Medium (please see the Instructions below).
If
the macro does not function - "Activate cell in item column below" -
you can cut and paste the standard Item name and Description
from the third Excel tab, "Reference- MASLDesc".

tasker message for help with any of these steps.
