Just to highlight a few precautions
in these instructions:
(1) Enable Macros,
(2) If the message to enable macros
does NOT appear, see detailed instructions on how to change the Security Level
to Medium,
(3) Enter dollar values in
Millions,
(4) If an Item description is longer
than 255 characters the following error will appear #VALUE! If this happens,
click on the third tab titled 'Reference - MASL Description' and copy and
paste the description, and, finally,
(5) The first tab/worksheet is for
FMS Forecast submissions, the second tab/worksheet is for Javits submissions -
make sure to read the tab names at the bottom to enter the correct data.
