Welcome to the DSCA link that provides you with information on submitting data
for the annual Javits Report and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Forecast.
Security Cooperation Organizations (SCOs) are requested to submit their
Forecasting and Javits worksheet inputs to DSCA by 10 June 2010.
Each year the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) sends out a call to
Country Program Directors (CPDs), Security Cooperation Officers (SCOs),
Military Departments and Combatant Commands (COCOMs) addressing the
requirements and timeline for estimating future year FMS sales. There are two
key data requirements, which are similar, but distinct - the Forecasting
report, which covers the next two fiscal years (FY), and the Javits report,
which covers the next calendar year (CY).
The data provided in support
of these reports is used by DSCA to meet DoD Congressional reporting
requirements, support the Department of State's Foreign Operations budget
request to the Congress, and to ensure that the Security Assistance community
is properly resourced to meet workloads associated with future FMS.
Worksheet and instructions on submitting data can be downloaded from SanWeb at
https://www.idss.ida.org/san/login.prg.
Go to Libraries, DSCA Library, click on List Items in DSCA library and
then select file to save. In absence
of login info or automation problems which prevent
downloading or submitting this excel file, please send e-mail to
