Welcome to the DSCA link that provides you with information on submitting data
for the annual FMS Sales Forecast and Javits data call.
Security Cooperation Organizations (SCOs) are requested
to submit their Forecasting worksheet inputs to DSCA by
16 June 2011.
Each
year the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) sends out a call to
Country Program Directors (CPDs), Security Cooperation Organizations (SCOs),
Military Departments and Combatant Commands (COCOMs) addressing the
requirements and timeline for estimating future year FMS sales. There
are two key data requirements�Sales Forecast and Javits Report, but this year
we have combined the two worksheets to improve staffing and reduce redundancy.
The data provided in support of these reports is used by DSCA
to meet DoD Congressional reporting requirements, support the Department of
State's Foreign Operations budget request to the Congress, and to ensure that
the Security Assistance community is properly resourced to meet workloads
associated with future FMS.
Submissions should be reviewed by COCOM and should be
treated as FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY.
