Welcome to the DSCA link that provides you with information on submitting data
for the annual FMS Sales Forecast and Javits data call.
Security Cooperation Organizations (SCOs)
and Combatant Commands are requested to submit their
FMS Forecast inputs to DSCA by 30 May
2013.
Each
year the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) sends out a call toSecurity
Cooperation Organizations (SCOs), Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Military
Department, and Country Program Directors (CPDs), addressing the
requirements and timeline for estimating future year FMS sales.
To reduce staffing and redundancy DSCA will use the FMS Forecast to extract
Javits Report data.
The information provided is used by DSCA to meet DoD Congressional reporting
requirements, support the Department of State's Foreign Operations budget
request to the Congress, and to ensure that the Security Assistance community
is properly resourced to meet workloads associated with future FMS.
Additional information/background can be found on the "SCO Training Brief /
Background" tab.
Each country's submission should be reviewed by CCMDs and
each individually marked FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY.
When the individual country reports are combined the compilation of the
data requires the report be CONFIDENTIAL.
CCMDs submit via SIPR NLT 30 May 2013 to:
