Small Business
The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) has an excellent and successful history of supporting Small
Business through set-aside procurement opportunities and contract awards.
DSCA's mission includes the procurement of a variety supplies and services such as conference room rentals, hotel lodging, transportation, warehousing, maintenance, moving, security, and information technology services, as well as educational and curriculum development, language and translation services, and consulting and administrative support. We also procure computer equipment, office supplies, software and licenses, cellular services & air time, audio visual equipment, and lease and charter of vehicles.
DSCA utilizes SBA 8(a) program set-asides, General Service Administration (GSA) schedules for Information Technology such as GSA 8(a) STARS, VETS GWAC, and Alliant Small Business contract vehicles.

DSCA does not procure or award contracts for Foreign Military Sales. If you are interested in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) bid opportunities, please contact the major military departments directly, i.e., Army, Navy, and Air Force.
