Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)
WAWF-RA is a secure, web-based system that will allow you to submit invoices, and track receipt/acceptance documents, electronically via the internet. WAWF-RA will also enable us to electronically perform the receipts and acceptance processes traditionally captured on a paper DD Form 250, Material Inspection Receiving Report. Please visit the WAWR-RA web-based training site at http://www.wawftraining.com to learn more about our electronic invoicing system.
To aid DSCA’s contractors with invoicing in WAWF, DSCA will include a local clause 252.232-9012, WIDE AREA WORK FLOW (WAWF) – RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE (RA) INSTRUCTIONS within all of its applicable contracts. This clause contains DSCA specific information on how to invoice in WAWF, such as invoice types and routing information.
WAWF-RA (Electronic invoicing system) will reduce late payments and increase the efficiency and audit capability of submitting, accepting and certifying invoices.
