Contracting Roadmap

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Contracting Process Roadmap is a web-enabled guide designed to benefit contracting personnel and their customers. The Roadmap houses process and regulatory guidance, tools in the form of templates and samples, and hyperlinks to additional information to promote consistency and standardization across the field, reduce variation, and open communication channels across DSCA.

The Roadmap will be updated as changes occur within the Department of Defense (DoD) and within DSCA acquisition regulations, policies, and procedures. The Roadmap will also be revised based upon feedback from DSCA personnel. This feedback will be instrumental in growing and shaping the Roadmap and ensuring its sustained success. Share your thoughts by directing comments, in writing, to DSCA HQ – DBO/CON.
