SAO Letter to Host

Below are links to three documents.
The first is a letter for SAO's to deliver to their host nation counterparts by 7 July 2003. The SAO should download it and print it on SAO or embassy letterhead as appropriate.
The second is a sample of the letter that should be sent by the host nation to DSCA by 31 July 2003. It should be downloaded by the SAO and attached to the letter above for delivery to the host nation counterpart. This host nation response should be sent to:

The third is message, SECDEF Washington DC//USDP-DSCA// DTG 251330Z JUN 03, Subject: Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) Enrollment Process for Foreign Customer Host Nations (HNS). This message was sent to all SAOs with overall instructions for enrolling foreign customer HNs on the SCIP, and gives additional information regarding access to the Netherlands.
