Security Cooperation Reinvention is a series of activities designed to ensure that the Security Cooperation community is better poised to address the future interests and concerns of the U.S. Government, U.S. industry, and the FMS customer. REINVENTION TODAY In late December 2000, DSCA Director, Lt Gen Tome H. Walters, Jr., established four integrated process teams (IPTs). Each IPT looked at a number of FMS process improvements in the following areas: Personnel and Training; Finance; Partnering; and Business Process Improvements [more] The IPTs reported directly to the Director DSCA for guidance and direction. Longer-term reinvention efforts will be developed as business process re-engineering initiatives.
