Release of LSC and CAS Financial Data

REFERENCE :

Referenced memorandum requested approval to release Logistics Support Charge (LSC and Contract Administration Services (CAS) costs to customers on a routine basis. Current requirements in the Security Assistance Management manual (SAMM( (Chapter 13, paragraph 130701.B) and the Financial Management Regulation (FMR) (Chapter 7, paragraph 070102.C.) state that this type of information will not normally be provided unless DSCA has authorized its release.

Effective immediately information on LSC and CAS cost priced or charged to FMS customers may be provided to customers who request such information without seeking DSCA approval. Whenever such data is provided, please furnish a copy to the applicable country finance manager in DSCA/COMP-FM.
