Interim Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Change -- Country Code "E2" for the United Nations Transitional Authority in East Timor (UNTAET) and "E1" for SAARMS Data (DSCA Policy 01-26)

Effective immediately SAMM Table 600-1 (Country and International Organization Information) is updated to include the country code E2, designated for the United Nations Transitional Authority in East Timor (UNTAET); and E1, designated for use in entering budget data into the Security Assistance Automated Resource Management Suite (SAARMS) data base. The following information applies:
