Updated List - Accelerated Case Closure Procedures (ACCP) Participants (DSCA 03-09)

This memorandum is to advise you of the following countries/organizations that are now included in the ACCP program. ACCP now governs all cases, whether already closed, currently implemented, or prospective.

Please be aware that Belgium has requested certain cases for both BE and F1 be excluded from closure at this time. The list of excluded cases will be circulated to your closure points of contact via e-mail.

Request your organization ensure that the FMS system(s) you maintain are updated to reflect this revised information. Likewise, DSCA will ensure that DSAMS us updated as appropriate. For the countries/entities shown above, request DFAS transfer all cases already closed directly from 'C1' (non-participant) to 'C3' (ACCP final) status.

Attached is a master roster of all ACCP participants. Wide dissemination of this roster is highly encouraged. Reference (B) is hereby suspended.
