DEPUTY UNDER SECRETARY OF THE ARMY SUBJECT : Updated List - Accelerated Case Closure Procedure (ACCP) Participants (DSCA 04-17) REFERENCE :
This memorandum is to advise you of the following countries/organizations that are now included in the ACCP program. ACCP now governs all cases, whether already closed, currently implemented, or prospective:
Please be aware that both the United Kingdom and NHPLO may not want certain supply/services complete cases closed at this time. Conditions regarding the United Kingdom's participation in the ACCP program will be e-mailed to your closure points of contact. Request your organization ensure that the FMS system(s) you maintain are updated to reflect this revised information. Likewise, DSCA will ensure that DSAMS is updated as appropriate. For the countries/entities shown above, request DFAS transfer all cases already closed directly from "C1" (non-participating) to "C3" (ACCP final) status. Attached is a master roster of all ACCP participants. Wide dissemination of this roster is highly encouraged. Reference (b) is hereby superseded. Table C4.T2. of the Security Assistance Management Manual will be revised to reflect the change in ACCP status for both UK and M6. We hope this information is helpful.
