Update of Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Code for the Palestinian Authority, DSCA Policy 09-01 [SAMM E-Change 110]

SAMM Table C4.T2., Country, International Organization, and Regional Codes and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Eligibility, is updated as below to reflect a new code for the Palestinian Authority (PA) to track PA students participating in the Combating Terrorism Fellowship Program (CTFP) through the Training Management System and the Security Assistance Network Web. The PA has not been determined eligible for Foreign Military Sales.

The guidance in this memorandum is effective 15 days from the date of signature. This change will be included in the automated version of the SAMM found on the DSCA Web Page as SAMM E-Change 110.
