Update of Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Table C4.T2B., Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved), DSCA Policy 12-48 [SAMM E-Change 207]

DSCA has updated SAMM Table C4.T2B., Security Cooperation (SC) Customer and Regional Codes and FMS Eligibility (DSCA/DFAS Reserved), as shown below, to establish Security Cooperation Customer Code (SCCC) "83" to accommodate the Air Force's new financial management system, Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS). The new SCCC code "83" is to be used to hold IMET funds until the funds can be allocated to specific countries.
